In first few calls only I got an impression that he is honest and will work with my interests in mind. He was prompt in sending me a list of properties and scheduling showings for the ones I was interested in. Eabad always gave me his honest opinion about the properties that we saw, he always made sure that I know the pros and cons of all of them. He never rushed me into putting an offer for the property if I was not 100% sure about it. Being a first time homeowner I was not aware of a lot of steps and legalities of them but he made sure that I understand each and every one of them thoroughly and answered all my questions patiently.
