Mitchell has a lot of patience in letting a client make informed decisions that are right for them. He shows you different opportunities for purchasing a home. Ultimately, there is no pressure and I felt like I could be honest with what I wanted and didn't want in a new place. Mitchell is very responsive and communicative. He knows quite a lot about the real estate market and has connections to any services you made need during the buying process and after.

Mitchell was amazing in our search for a second home and rental property. He guided us through all the ins and outs of the specific site we were looking at, as well as helped us look at each property from every angle possible. Provided unique insight into the area as well as each house and how it did or did not suite our needs as well as how each house was laid out etc. We are across the country and it never felt like he was out of reach - always was happy to answer our questions and make the time for us. It never seemed like we were 3 hours apart time zone wise or a 5 hour flight. It felt like we were right in the same area the way he made sure to connect with us. There are so many ways that he went above and beyond anything that we would have expected. truly felt like he cared about everything we did and he put a personal touch on everything as well. So beyond happy to have found Mitchell.
