First, Misty was great. She got my listing up on a time crunch after I had made an offer on a house. Her communication during the whole process was great, and when we closed and I couldn't find my house keys she got the locksmith there so the new owners would have a full set of keys waiting to or them. Go Misty!!

Misty is the best! She helped us every step of the way from listing to final sale and afterwards. When questions arise, she’s there to answer them, find creative solutions, find contractors to speed up the process, whatever is needed. She gave us solid advice and recommendations on what to do to help the sale of the home and she did a lot of “hand-holding” with us as it had been almost 20 years since we’d sold a house. If we sell another house, we’ll be calling Misty!

Misty was delightful and personable. Always accommodating and willing to please. She did an outstanding job with the sale of our home. She went above and beyond to make things easier for us.

In 2004 I was living in California and planning to relocate to Bandon, Oregon. I contacted Misty to search the Bandon area for a family residence and 4 rental houses. Within a couple months I was living in Bandon and had 4 rental investment properties! Easy-peasy! Thanks to Misty! Transactions went well due to her timely and effective communication skills. Then in 2020 I decided to relocate to another Bandon primary residence and sell my home and rental properties. Misty came highly recommended and she did not disappoint. I was moving to North Bend OR with my two kids and found myself looking for a house in one of the worst times to purchase. Every listing had multiple site-unseen offers and it would have been very difficult to navigate without her. When I set my site on one property she just so happened to be out of town. I contacted her and without hesitation she found the time to get all communications in and we were able to lock it down after some tough negotiations.
