Miryam was easy to work with. She was reliable and positive every step of the way. We had a bit of a different situation and the few questions she couldn’t answer during our conversations, she got answers to very quickly. She remained calm and pleasant even when my aging parent did not. In fact she offered support to my parent that was above and beyond. I highly recommend her.
