Miriam was the agent that helped my wife and I look for homes when we first moved to South Carolina and even when we switched to buy parcels of land to build. Miriam is fantastic to work with, we were able to buy two Parcels of land and build our home in 2018. Years later as work was requiring us to move, she again was our agent to help us list our small equestrian property in Aiken and Barnwell county. She it's always very responsive, kind, and always helped to educate us through the process. We were able to get our house market read, listed, sold and closed in around 2 months.
