She is extremely knowledgeable of the market in Aiken, and understood exactly what I needed and where to look. She kept in constant contact with me and all of the other parties involved in the purchase. As a buyer from out of town, she made my life so much less complicated by connecting me to all of the needed services, and helping arrange appointments when needed. Miriam is so easy to work with. Super busy because she is super good!! Always returns texts and calls. Always went to my home after a showing to make sure the lights were off, the doors locked, and the gate closed. I felt that my home was in very good hands and didn’t have to worry. The “stager” she recommended was awesome! My home never looked better and I think that helped it sell so quickly. The closing went perfectly, all inspections completed in a timely fashion, and the necessary paperwork all done. Miriam is very thorough! And my money is in the bank! :-)
