Miriam could not have been more helpful in my purchasing process. At the start, she carefully listened to my requirements, and only showed me properties that met requirements and budget. She is extremely knowledgeable of the market in Aiken, and understood exactly what I needed and where to look. She kept in constant contact with me and all of the other parties involved in the purchase. As a buyer from out of town, she made my life so much less complicated by connecting me to all of the needed services, and helping arrange appointments when needed. I could not have imagined a better experience working with a realtor. If it were possible to give a 10 star recommendation, I would!

Miriam is so easy to work with. Super busy because she is super good!! Always returns texts and calls. Always went to my home after a showing to make sure the lights were off, the doors locked, and the gate closed. I felt that my home was in very good hands and didn’t have to worry. The “stager” she recommended was awesome! My home never looked better and I think that helped it sell so quickly. The closing went perfectly, all inspections completed in a timely fashion, and the necessary paperwork all done. Miriam is very thorough! And my money is in the bank! :-)

Miriam was extremely helpful during the entire listing and sales period, offering advice on everything from preparing my property for sale to helpful tips on timing for packing and moving. She was in constant communication with me, keeping me up to date on any and all information I needed to know regarding showings, offers, etc. If I had a question, Miriam was either able to answer it or got the answer. Miriam has an eye for detail and I always knew that all paperwork and fine print would be gone over with a fine tooth comb and filled out correctly, making this as stress free of a real estate transaction as possible.
