Minerva is absolutely the best. I’ve worked with her in more than one real estate deal and I’ll continue using her. When I sold my house I had another agent scoff at the price she recommended. They didn’t know the market or timing like Minerva did. She put in the research and got my family the best deal possible. I might also add that she had an open house and had my house sold in about 2 months after the listing for more money than anyone thought. She’s always there to answer questions and offer advice and she’ll get to know your family and situation to be on the lookout for deals in homes that she thinks would be a great fit.
