If i said Amanda is stellar, it is an understatement. She really listened to our needs and didn’t show use the usual overpriced suburban house, she supplied us with contacts so our coming transition is going smoothly. She was organized and throughly knowledgeable, and gracious.

The experience was different, this was the first time we work with a builder from the ground up.

Megan scored very high in all areas. She has a great understanding of the market. She stay connected with us, whenever we called, whenever we had questions or if there was problem she was there for us. This was the fourth house that we've purchased and by far Megan was one if not the most professional real estate agent that we have ever work with, even through some of the difficult issues that we faced. We believe that we were very fortunate to have Megan our representative.
