Mindy provided an exceptional selling experience by making the process fast, simple, and straightforward! She listed my house within 24 hours of our initial consultation and had a serious buyer solidified within just a few days from the time of listing. Mindy comes with high recommendation if you are looking to sell your home quickly and efficiently!
Market knowledge 100/10 Communication 100/10 Mindy is a fantastict realtor that will promptly take care of every step of your home buying or selling process. If you need an agent that has a trustworthy network of knowledgeable lenders, inspectors, contractors etc; look no further.
Mindy has been our listing agent for a few years - selling our properties in Caddo and surrounding parishes. She is hands-down, one of the best agents we have ever worked with. Dedicated. Determined. Driven. She is more than an agent - she is a friend!
Mindy helped me purchase my first home! She helped me understand each step of the process to make sure I feel comfortable with every decision that was made. I purchased a foreclosure house, so Mindy played realtor, counselor, and auctioneer during the process. She made everything as seamless and stress free as possible! Her patience and eagerness inspire me. She is dedicated to her profession, and it shows! Let Mindy help you buy or sell your house, I cannot recommend her enough!
So Mindy came into our lives with a promise to get our house sold. We got an offer quickly. We waited for all the requirements to occur and she helped us through it. Things got shaky at the end and Mindy found a way to get things better. We probably wouldn’t have made that sale without her. She did what you’d expect from a seasoned and veteran agent… she got things done! Thanks Mindy!!
During our chaotic selling process (outside forces) Mindy stayed calm and determined to get it done. She worked days and nights and even took personal time to investigate why the closing was held up. She was such a consummate professional and I felt she was more invested at times than we were. I would recommend to ANYONE to hire this amazing realtor for buying or selling!! She is the ultimate package.
Mindy Wardlaw is, in my opinion, the finest real estate agent in this market. She’s knowledgeable, professional and relentless in her effort to sell your home or help you find your dream home.
Always went above and beyond what was asked. Very professional. Lots of knowledge and experience. Kept me in the loop at all times.
Mindy’s attention to detail is amazing. She knows this market and is dedicated to delivering the best for our clients!
Found us a buyer super fast! Always available. You couldn’t ask for better!!!
My house had been on the market for six months with no movement listed with a different agent. Met with Mindy one afternoon and she explained how she would move my house and what she does extra to do so. She did not lie. Mindy did everything she said she would do and sold the house in less than a month. Communication is excellent. You could not ask for more. Professionalism is impeccable. Thank you Mindy you are awesome!
She was an absolute pleasure to work with. She helped us find a home while we were in Alabama. It just made the move so much easier and less stressful.
