Knew about local comps & kept my location very competitive

Mindy no doubt has peak knowledge about the market but the best part about having Mindy is that she walks with you through every part of the process. Even if issues arise during the process, she and Meagan are right there, willing and able to provide clarity and solutions to help give you peace of mind. I would, without a doubt, use her again and would recommend her to anyone in need of selling or purchasing a home.

Mindy and Meagan are extremely helpful and knowledgeable in their profession. Mindy asked me when would be the best time to close on a house (mind you, we had no house picked out yet) and it was done if not a couple days earlier! She got me in a fantastic neighborhood and ensured I was taken care of. I had nothing to worry about and all my questions were answered professionally! She made me aware of everything I was signing and advice on what to look at when it came to buying a house. My first ever house purchase and I am more than satisfied with my purchase and this team! I wish I could give 6 stars for the outstanding and transparent service I recieved! I will be recommending them to anyone else that is looking to buy a house!

Mindy and Meagan are amazing! Absolutely wonderful they helped me get my house sold ASAP super responsive and helped me jump the hurdles to get it done! I highly recommend anybody looking to buy yourself. I’ve been in real estate for a while in the past so I understand what good agents are in. These two are the best.

MINDY'S the real thing. We were in a stuff market..and things were moving slow until MINDY stepped up. She got our house sold and we were every happy with the results...Thanks MINDY

Mindy did an amazing job! She went above and beyond the call of duty! She very quickly figured out our likes and dislikes. We live several states away from Louisiana. She was the one that actually found our home for us! She made several amazing, detailed videos of our home and a couple other homes. The video was so detailed that we put a bid on our home without even seeing it in-person. That is how good Mindy is! We are thrilled with our new home! My husband and I highly recommend Mindy!

Very pleased with Mindy Wardlaw as she went above and beyond to help us with the selling and buying process. Thank You!!!!!

Working with Mindy was very professional, personal and pleasurable experience.I would recommend her to all my friends and colleagues. She took care of so many unknown factors that poped up last minute. We were leaving for vacation so she made sure every little things were taken care of as we didn’t expect the sale to go through, we were not prepared but because of Mindy we had peace of mind! She didn’t push us or gave wrong advice. All and all wonderful experience!!!

Mindy made my experience of selling a house a breeze. Mindy was there every step of the way and provided me exceptional service!

I live out of state and found Mindy from a referral request I made using the Dave Ramsey website. And she was great from start to finish. She drove out to the property I was interested in the same day I reached out to her which immediately confirmed that I chose the right person. Mindy made the purchasing process easy from start to finish and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great agent.

Mindy, her assistant Ashley and her network of repairmen, etc turned our damaged rental nightmare into a great news story with a quick sale at top dollar. Huge thanks to Mindy and Ashley for all of the help!

Very knowledgeable and helpful. Always kept me informed about the progress on my house.
