She was extremely knowledgeable and able to walk me through the process since I was a 1st time seller. Some unusual glitches occurred and she was very helpful in finding vendors to help. In the end it all worked out and turned into a great success for both of us I hope!
Mindy was an absolute dream of a realtor. She knows the area so very well and will do what ever it takes to satisfy her clients. She went out of her way to help my wife and I find a home with everything we were looking for. She was always available to answer any questions and did what ever she could to benefit us as the buyers
We looked up Mindy Wardlaw online and saw that she was a "go-getter." We were moving from Indiana to Louisiana, so we didn't have time for delinquency, and we also wanted someone who would pressure somebody if need be. We found all that and more in Mindy Wardlaw. She far exceeded all my expectations in a realtor, and then ventured into the "blow your mind" section as far as how far she went to help us. She did a great, amazing, and wonderful job, in communication and making sure all the bases were covered, and knew and provided all the contacts to all the services we would need, and the best part is, they all worked out well. You can trust Mindy Wardlaw to be the best help as your realtor.
As always ready to go the extra mile to get your property sold. We met roadblock after roadblock and Mindy was always there smoothing the way. If in my future I need a realtor Mindy will be my first call. Thank you Mindy
Mindy was absolutely the best choice for us. Extremely knowledgeable, motivated, and professional. She was there for us every step of the way and exceeded our expectations. She helped us buy the PERFECT house for US and we could not be happier with it!! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a home. Do yourself a favor a call her first.
Mindy was great! She really listened to what we were looking for and jumped through hoops to accommodate my hectic schedule. Once we found a place she was amazing at communicating with us and the electrician to make sure everything was right. I would highly recommend her!
Mindy is a wonderful realtor to work with! She is very communicative and walked us through the process. As a military family juggling a stressful move and this being our first time selling our home, we were stressed…until we got in contact with Mindy. She made things so much easier! My only regret is that we didn’t call her sooner! If we ever get back to Bossier City to buy a home, she’s the first person I’ll definitely reach out to!
My wife and I used Mindy as our buying and selling agent. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable. She shared a lot of great insight into the local area. My wife and I are very grateful that we found Mindy 6 years ago!
Mindy is knowledgeable, completely customer-oriented, and provides great advice that saved us time and money. Her network of resource providers is extensive. Ours was a small sale but she delivered like it was a mansion. Hire Mindy. Do it now.
In a difficult market, you can’t let a potential buyer slip away. Mindy went above and beyond to clear obstacles in the path to finalizing the deal.
As a first time home buyer, Mindy made the process easy and worked with my schedule. She is a hard worker and was always there to answer any questions.
