Mindy was excellent in handling all aspects of selling our house. I couldn't believe how fast the property sold. It sold in 11 hours. Mindy has incredible knowledge of what it takes to sell houses. She answered all questions we had. I had tried to sell house for sale by owner. it was on for 6 months and so I had another realtor try to sell the house. After 6 more months we decided to wait. We then contacted Mindy and she started the process. When she listed the property we had and accepted an offer in 11 hours. This was an easy experience when you have the right people.
