My move came about rather quickly and I was not very prepared to sell my home. I was given Milena’s name and number by a friend. She was immediately responsive with beginning the process of putting my home on the market. She guided me with things that I needed to do to prepare for sale even providing references for skilled workers for repairs. It had been decades since I bought or sold property and was very insecure about the process. But Milena gave me sound advice and solid guidance throughout the preparation and sale of my home. She was available and quick to respond to my questions/concerns. She possesses extensive knowledge of the housing market in my area.
