Mikhail Quijada has more than 16 years of experience representing buyers and sellers of luxury real estate throughout Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and the surrounding Phoenix metropolitan area. An Arizona native, Mikhail combines extensive local market knowledge with a finance background and a technology-forward approach to real estate. His advisory style emphasizes market analysis, negotiation, property evaluation, and helping clients make informed decisions about both the immediate transaction and long-term value of a property.
Prior to his real estate career, Mikhail served in the United States Marine Corps as an Infantryman and Light Armored Vehicle Crewman. He enlisted at age 17, earned two meritorious promotions, and deployed to Iraq in 2005 and 2007 during Operation Iraqi Freedom. He completed his service at the rank of Sergeant before earning a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, where he was also a student in Barrett, The Honors College.
Mikhail has been recognized as a four-time Scottsdale REALTORS® Forty Under 40 honoree and has been nominated for Scottsdale REALTORS® Realtor of the Year. He was featured on the cover of Real Producers magazine in 2021 and has twice been featured by the publication.
Mikhail has also held numerous leadership positions within the Luxury Home Tour of Arizona, including Tour Director in 2020 and 2022, Tour Chair in 2023, Board of Directors member, Technology Co-Chair, and Nominating Committee member. His involvement in the organization has expanded beyond traditional real estate leadership into technology, including developing digital tools designed to modernize the Luxury Home Tour experience for participating real estate professionals.
His industry and community involvement also includes service on the Scottsdale REALTORS® Member Relief Committee and completion of the Scottsdale REALTORS® Leadership Academy in 2025.
Mikhail approaches real estate as an advisor rather than simply a salesperson. His combination of Arizona market experience, financial education, military leadership, technology, and luxury real estate expertise allows him to provide clients with disciplined analysis and straightforward advice throughout the buying and selling process.
