There are bad, good, and great agents - Then there is Mike. The whole process of selling our house could have been much more complicated and stressful, but Mike made it all feel easy. Hindsight, we're still in slight shock at how simple this whole process felt. Trust in Mike, he is intelligent, has high-level experience in this industry, is extremely patient, straightforward, and always on your side with a degree of reality- none of the false optimism. During my search for a house in July 2020, Mike proved himself masterful at what he does. Always solicitous of my health, he suggested we travel in separate cars and maintain a proper distance when touring the twenty-plus houses that he showed me. In touring the houses, Mike was especially keen in helping see positives and negatives about the places we visited. He consistently demonstrated a deep understanding of what we were about, always pointing out features of the architecture and the surrounding neighborhoods that I might have missed. I am very much please with my new home, and I am very grateful to Mike for his role in my getting this house. I recommend him without reservation.
