TL,DR: Mike is exceptional and he should be towards the top of your list to assist with buying or selling; he was a tremendous blessing to Rachel and I; from start, to finish, and beyond, the process was nothing short of top notch. My wife and I were planning a move to the Broken Arrow area from Arlington, Texas to attend Rhema Bible Training College. I had begun my search through online sites and submitted our names to view houses for rent and homes for sale. Mike was the realtor who had received our inquiry on a particular property and, as it turned out, it was a divine appointment. The first house we saw was not in great shape and we agreed it was not for us. We then proceeded to walk out and have a conversation with Mike. We told him our situation and he was more than fine working with us. Thankfully, Mike owns his own company and has great flexibility to work with clients such as us who did not have a pre-qual letter. I asked him to send us properties we may be interested in. We were in the market preferably for 3 bed/2 bath. He obliged and sent us several properties to look at overnight. Next morning, he told us one property just opened up in Coweta, outside of BA, but we were on the same page and he knew what we were looking for. He gets the appointment lined up within the morning and we see the house in the afternoon. We were pleasantly surprised at how well stated the house was. Ultimately, we went with that house which is now our home. We put our offer in and Mike negotiated with excellence on our behalf. Saved us money and we got several concessions. I am taking the time to write this up for I want you to know how great Mike was. The communication was excellent the whole way. We came up but for a short while to OK for we were still living in Texas. He showed up multiple times in multiple ways to the OK house to help us. Mike is worthy of your serious consideration. My aunt selected Mike as her realtor to handle her affairs after a battle with terminal cancer. I was the executor of the estate and live 6 hours away. Mike met with me while I was visiting my aunt and assured me that he would take care of everything! After my aunt passed, I made the inevitable phone call to Mike. He, once again, assured me he would handle everything and not to worry. The sale was extremely quick, and the paperwork portion was made very simple. Mike stayed in contact with me the entire time, answered all of my questions and overall was just a great person to work with! During a very difficult time, I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. I have often joked with him that once I decide to sell my house in Kansas, he is going to have to come up and sell it for me! When I had found a home online that I was really interested in I sent a request for information online and within about a minute Mike had contacted me. That same day he had a whole workup on my home to sell and had set up the appointment to view the home I was interested in buying and a few more. With Mike's help I made an offer the next day and am now buying my ideal perfect home. He made everything very quick and easy!
