Mike helped my wife and I purchase a home in Elmhurst September 2019. Mike has worked with me on 4 sales none of which were simple. Executor/estate, commercial and residential. These complex and trying transactions were all made very much easier thanks to Mike's knowledge and willingness to step up and resolve issues that would pop up.

Mike provided me with a realistic price range for my home, and marketed my home across multiple advertising platforms. He coordinated several open houses, and throughout the process kept me informed of feedback from potential buyers. Mike demonstrated the value of working with a true professional through his negotiations with three interested buyers. In the end, he came up with an innovative approach to brokering a deal between myself (seller), the buyer, and a builder for the buyer, that proved better than any earlier offer I had received. I greatly appreciate Mike Muisenga's outstanding effort to sell my property, and gladly recommend him to others interested in selling their homes.

Mike was fantastic to work with! This was a super stressful and quick sale for us since we were relocating out of state, changing jobs, etc. We were also going through a relocation company which made things trickier for Mike but he did a great job of handling all of the additional paperwork required by the relocation company. The relocation company actually told us that his paperwork was the most accurate and thorough they had ever seen. Mike was very transparent with us during the entire process and a strong advocate for our needs and wants with the sale. Mike was also very nice after the sale and kept in touch with us about things we needed to know. After moving out, a Christmas gift accidentally went to our old house and Mike helped us coordinate with the new owners to retrieve the gift!
