Mike was fantastic to work with! This was a super stressful and quick sale for us since we were relocating out of state, changing jobs, etc. We were also going through a relocation company which made things trickier for Mike but he did a great job of handling all of the additional paperwork required by the relocation company. The relocation company actually told us that his paperwork was the most accurate and thorough they had ever seen. Mike was very transparent with us during the entire process and a strong advocate for our needs and wants with the sale. Mike was also very nice after the sale and kept in touch with us about things we needed to know. After moving out, a Christmas gift accidentally went to our old house and Mike helped us coordinate with the new owners to retrieve the gift!

We reviewed on line six realtors and interviewed three. We chose Mike because of his knowledge of the market, his manner of addressing our concerns, his promise that we would be working only with him and his willingness to assist us with the sale of a second home being handled by another realtor in a different county.
