An excellent experience

“You must use Mike Martino. He’s the best,” a friend told me when we were planning to put our condo on the market. Flash forward a few months. Mike not only helped us declutter, facilitated storage, staged our condo to perfection and arranged stunning photography, he got us into contract between two major hurricanes. As a former realtor myself, I was impressed by his depth knowledge of market conditions, timing and pricing. While other properties in our community have been lingering on the market for many months ours sold in a month. So without qualification I’d say, “ you must use Mike Martino. He’s the best.”
