Mike Martino is a rare find! I met Mike ten years ago when he helped an out of town friend buy and sell an investment property on Siesta Key. I was impressed with Mike’s attention to detail and how he went above and beyond expectations for my friend ... from start to finish. Simply put, Mike knows the marketplace and provides an incredible level of service. Since then, I have worked with Mike on several transactions. A young realtor asked me recently if I worked with a real estate agent. I mentioned Mike Martino, who he knew. He asked me what exactly Mike does that’s great. In terms of going above and beyond, he helped me stage my home with some of his own personal items … He also hired a crew to clean up my back yard of tree limbs when I wasn’t available to do so.
