From initial discussion to property close, Mike made the process easy. He made more money for us than we expected, was very detailed in the listing and contract process which paved the way for a smooth close. Mike also handled some of the inspection completion work so we didn't have to find vendors to do the work. The entire deal was effortless for us and we highly recommend him as a realtor.

Mike and Veronica are a great team that marketed and sold our two Siesta Key units in a short amount of time for a reasonable market price. We found them to be attentive and knowledgeable. Their communication with us and third parties were exceptional. We always felt informed and updated. Our emails and texts were promptly responded to, usually in less than an hour. The majority of our business was handled digitally and electronically. We unfamiliar with the buying selling process and were in another state. We felt comfortable with Mike and Veronica taking the lead the handling the process from start to finish. The team was very good at providing seemingly effortless execution handling the incidental issues, for example, the air conditioner unit, although serviced regularly, was considered dirty by the sellers inspector. M and V scheduled and supervised a AC serviceman to bring the AC unit up to the seller's expectations. Another example, Veronica returned the cable boxes for us, a small thing yet there were many of these small tasks that made working with them a pleasure. I found their work to be superior to other relators we considered working with and would highly recommend them.
Let me start by saying, I’ve gotten to know Mike over the last 6 or so years as he and our family have worked together on buying and selling 3 houses in Sarasota now. Mike is Top Shelf.. Period! He brings so much knowledge to the table and makes it so much easier for my wife and I to continue with our daily lives while he takes care of everything else. If Mike were anything less can five stars, I would represent myself as I have had my real estate license since 2007. I am a value driven consumer who has always found Mike to be well worth the investment (time and money) when representing me in numerous transactions. In my most recent sale, and although it is a seller's market, he was able to obtain the highest sold price per square foot in the City of Sarasota off water properties. When taking on a listing, he is very methodical from beginning to end (and after) for example: Ensuring the property is in top condition prior to listing, self-investing in resources and materials and time to ensure the property is most appealing to the majority of buyers who would likely be interested, pricing the property to achieve much activity while never leaving potential profits on the table for his clients, ALWAYS being available for what may only seem important to the client, post listing...having the property exposed to as many people as possible through open houses and marketing materials, being available for potential buyers and their agents while minimizing the seller's interruptions, and always keeping safety and guarding the owner's property a top priority.
