I met Miguel at the condo on Feb. 5 as agreed. Right on time. He spent an hour and a half with me, including going to Home Depot to get keys made. He took pictures, consulted with me on listing price, had two offers in one week. Miguel and his team followed up promptly through the entire process, including communicating with the buyer, and the home owners' association, and the title company. Sale of condo closed by April 5.
