This was my second time working with Michelle. She once again went above and beyond to help in a complicated selling situation. I 100% recommend Michelle to anyone, she’s very trustworthy and honest. I just wanted to follow up regarding our experience with Michelle. She has been very responsive to emails and texts. I typically do not like to have agents show me property on Sunday but this past weekend she showed us 3 properties which is above and beyond what I expected from her especially given the short notice we provided her. She even lined up properties we were interested in before we asked her to. She was a real trooper....she walked several acres (in boots!) without hesitation. She is very perceptive to what my wife and I are looking for and has submitted good properties for us to review. I have bought and sold several homes but I would say she is one of the best agents I have had the pleasure of dealing with.

I hired Michelle to sell some land in Blythewood, SC. I have never had a realtor that worked as hard for me as she did! She gave me excellent advice on a surveyor and photographer before even putting the property on the market. The first buyer's financing fell through and her positive attitude kept me from being too upset. She had another buyer within a week. I would highly recommend her!
