I just wanted to follow up regarding our experience with Michelle. She has been very responsive to emails and texts. I typically do not like to have agents show me property on Sunday but this past weekend she showed us 3 properties which is above and beyond what I expected from her especially given the short notice we provided her. She even lined up properties we were interested in before we asked her to. She was a real trooper....she walked several acres (in boots!) without hesitation. She is very perceptive to what my wife and I are looking for and has submitted good properties for us to review. I have bought and sold several homes but I would say she is one of the best agents I have had the pleasure of dealing with.

I hired Michelle to sell some land in Blythewood, SC. I have never had a realtor that worked as hard for me as she did! She gave me excellent advice on a surveyor and photographer before even putting the property on the market. I don't know what we would have done without Michelle! The sale of our house became very stressful as the buyer advertised our home as a rental before she even owned it and her agent was bringing potential renters over to view it. In addition to that, there were issues with the deed and survey. Michelle took care of all of these issues immediately and even though my husband doubted we would close on time, she made it happen! Michelle sold my son’s townhouse and helped him find his perfect home.
