I previously used Coldwell Banker to rent my property. I had a great experience in the past and was happy to have them list my property for sale. Michelle did a great job in bringing in potential buyers. She also provided constant feedback after showings. This was one of the best experiences I had selling a home. The constant communication, marketing, open houses and so much more. What a great experience!! Michelle was always very polite, friendly, and respectful! She provided just the right amount of communication and feedback throughout the entire process. She was very easy to reach if I ever had any questions. She normally picked up her call or would call back almost immediately. She was a pleasure to work with and I will be recommending her to anyone I know buying or selling their home. My overall experience was fantastic! I was able to get my house listed on the market with professional pictures within a few days. Michelle went over a marketing plan with me so I fully understood exactly what was going on. Plus, she did several open houses during the time it was for sale. She was very determined to sell my property and she did. Again, this was on eof the best experiences I had selling a home. I would highly recommend Coldwell Banker and specifically Michelle Ward.
