We found that Michelle was very professional and knowledgeable in her own line of work. She did treat us like we were part of her family, she went beyond her line of duty to accommodate us. If we had to do this again Michelle would be the one, we would contact first. Communication was awesome.

The whole experience of selling my home was a complete nightmare, except for when Michelle was involved. The business who bought my home said they were going to be sending Guy A, to do a walk-through. Instead, they sent Guys M, N, and O, that we had never heard of, who said Guy C sent them. Michelle did not let them into my home, despite them all but physically forcing themselves into it, with my wife and newborn twins until after she had everything figured out with Guy A about who Guy C was, as we had never heard, nor spoken to him, and why he sent these three guys instead of Guy A coming like discussed. She has taken care of my family and myself through this whole process. I would have quit trying to sell if a lesser realtor had been my agent instead. I am genuinely grateful to her.

Michelle is very knowledgeable, but her best skill is customer service she never leaves you lingering if you have questions she find out the answers. Also after completing our sale and really being there for us through the whole experience, she continues to answer questions if I have them along the way. I recommend her highly I will probably be using her again in the future. If you want someone that’s really going to help you in the buying process clear to the closing table you should consider using Michelle the experience with her was great!!!
