The whole experience of selling my home was a complete nightmare, except for when Michelle was involved. The business who bought my home said they were going to be sending Guy A, to do a walk-through. Instead, they sent Guys M, N, and O, that we had never heard of, who said Guy C sent them. Michelle did not let them into my home, despite them all but physically forcing themselves into it, with my wife and newborn twins until after she had everything figured out with Guy A about who Guy C was, as we had never heard, nor spoken to him, and why he sent these three guys instead of Guy A coming like discussed. She has taken care of my family and myself through this whole process. I would have quit trying to sell if a lesser realtor had been my agent instead. I am genuinely grateful to her.
