I recently had the unpleasant task of selling my step-mother's home as a result of her progressing illness. Needless to say there was a lot going on and a lot to take care of. I interviewed Michelle and was impressed with her knowledge of the neighborhood (Shady Hills) and the overall market in general. l needed more than a typical agent as I am out of state and there was so much to do to get the house ready for listing.
