But I never felt like I was over staying my welcome, or like she never had time for me. 2. When I contacted her (Usually in the form of text message) she always got back to me in a fast, timely manner. Even when I would unintentionally contact her while she was on vacation, or the 4th of July. 3. She is very intelligent with the real estate market. And if I did ask her a question and she did not know; she would find out, and get back to me quickly with an answer. 4. She appears to have a good balance with working with the right amount of clients that she can handle at a time. Because she always had time for me, and the one time she did not; it made no difference. She just had one of her assistant's show me the house instead. 5. If she wanted to change professions and be a teacher instead, she could. Because she has that charismatic personality, and teaches things in easy to understand ways.
