Michelle was a fantastic real estate agent. She knew our numbers well, knew what we needed, and talked us through the process. Every house she would tell us what we would experience, such as higher utility bills or if there was some wood rot. There was one offer we had where she gave us great advice. We were looking at a bit of a fixer-upper and we wanted to throw a low offer in. She was happy to do that for us. The sellers countered with a different offer, still higher than what we wanted. Michelle talked to us and gave her opinion on the house, helped us know how to negotiate well. The sellers pulled, but we are happy to not have paid more than what we wanted to. Ultimately, she helped us find a place we now call home. Even after the closing date she has still been an excellent resource to us.
Michelle is absolutely amazing! I had a unique and complicated situation and she didn’t hesitate to help me through it. Her knowledge and helpfulness can never be compared.
