I was also afried because you hear all this horrible fraud stories. But Mrs. Rodriguez was very transparent and emailed me every document. She guided me through every step of the process and made sure I understood everything. She provided me with expert advise and steered me in the right direction. The day of the closing she was very organized and coordinated everything to perfection. She did more than I espected and her knowlege about the process on how to handle long distance purchases was off the charts. She made me feel I was first priority and that I was working with a trusted friend rather than a real estate agent. She was always available and was always ahead in the process. She is very professional experieced and knowledgeable about the local market. She made buying this house such a breeze! I could not be happier and I can't thank her enough!
