As a first time home buyer, I was a little apprehensive and unsure of what exactly I was doing and what things I should be looking for. Michelle was always there to answer any questions (no matter how stupid they may have been!) and give me some advice on things that I should be aware of. After looking at just a few houses, Michelle was able to see what I was looking for in a home and took me to houses that she thought I would like. She was right! Other realtors would readily omit (or "sugarcoat") relevant points and more actively present houses at the top end of your price range.
