I met Michelle when I was in Iowa interviewing for a new position, and my employer arranged for her to give me a tour of the area and show me a few homes. After I accepted the position Michelle was able to quickly assist us in finding homes that were within our specifications, take us on a full day house hunting trip, and by the end of the day we had made an offer which was subsequently accepted. It all happened so quickly and Michelle was able to navigate us through the process! We closed and moved within 30 days and were settled into our new home before I began my job. It really played out perfectly for us. We were very happy working with Michelle.

Michelle was fantastic to work with. As a first time home buyer, I was unsure of the process, yet Michelle was able to walk me through it and make me comfortable with all aspects of the purchase. After a couple outings of touring houses, Michelle was a mind reader and took me to houses she thought I would enjoy -- she nailed it. As a first time home buyer, I was a little apprehensive and unsure of what exactly I was doing and what things I should be looking for. Michelle was always there to answer any questions (no matter how stupid they may have been!) and give me some advice on things that I should be aware of.
