After the 2 year rental agreement had passed, my property manager recommended Michelle Price to list my home for sale. Because of her work, we received an offer that was HIGHER than our asking price. Because of the money I spent on upgrades, I was able to get a higher price for the home. All of the money that I spent on upgrades was returned to me and more! Michelle knows the Norwalk market! She knew what was necessary to help my home compete with the new construction. She rolled up her sleeves and made everything happen.
