We have purchased and sold several homes in NY, VA, and SC and without a doubt Michelle Price is the finest realtor we have known. Her attention to detail, knowledge of the region and responsiveness (even when on vacation) is fantastic! She is resourceful and helpful in every way.
Michelle Price is a thorough and delightful professional realtor. She is respectful and patient; she never pushes on any issues. She is responsive and provides valuable counsel in the process of contract development, negotiating and closing. We had several important issues to resolve in the purchase of our home and she was consistently reliable and creative with her advice and guidance. She knows the Des Moines market extremely well and will guide anyone with a trusted perspective.

Michelle did a fantastic job in selling my home!. I knew Michelle had my best interests when it came to selling my home. Michelle is fantastic and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate professional in Des Moines.
I had tried for over a year to sell my home. I had used 2 different realtors. I finally accepted the offer of a local property manager and listed why home for rent. After the 2 year rental agreement had passed, my property manager recommended Michelle Price to list my home for sale. I had already moved to Arizona and was not able to fly back and forth to get my home ready for sale. I basically put my home in Michelle's hands and she transformed the home into a showplace. Working closely with my property manager, Michele chose paint, carpet, new tile for the bathrooms and foyer, new granite countertops and sink. I trusted that she knew what would sell in my area, the work was done quickly and the house was put on the market. Very soon I had an offer HIGHER than my asking price. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Michelle knew what needed to be done to my home to get it sold and she coordinated all the work and chose all the finishes. When I saw the finished product it almost made me want to move back to Iowa, but of course I'm done with snow. Thank you isn't quite enough! I was able to sell my home for a nice profit and move on with my life.
We knew right away we were in good hands with Michelle. She is knowledgable and very thorough. She conducts herself in a professional, yet caring manner. We appreciated her patience (we looked at many houses and had many questions) and friendly "no pressure" approach. She kept us informed every step of the way. In the end, she found the perfect house for us. She was genuinely happy for us. She even brought us a pumpkin for our front step! We would happily use Michelle Price and the Jordan Grove Office again.
Michelle Price did extensive market analysis to price the property to meet the market. She understood our desire to sell the property before winter and worked hard to meet our goal. She did a great job following up on all leads and keeping us in the communication loop. So thankful to have the property sold and closed in 2 months! Thanks, Michelle, for working so hard for us.
Over a 4 year period I had used 3 realtors to try to sell my home in Norwalk. I had a 16 year old home and I was competing with new construction the house wasn't selling. I had finally given up hope of selling and decided to rent out the home so I could move to Arizona. After the renters moved out, I really had some work to do to get the house ready for sale. My property manager recommended Michelle Price. Right away, I knew I was working with the right realtor! I knew that I would need to have some work done on the home to get it ready for sale, but since I live in Arizona it would be difficult to arrange upgrades and contractors. Michelle Price stepped up to the bat and basically became my very own project manager in Iowa. I can't say enough about the work that she did. She teamed up with my property manager and arranged carpeting, paint, granite countertops. She oversaw the whole process! She chose paint colors, carpeting, granite, new sinks. She recommended that I change out all the tile in the home which included a laundry room, 3 bathrooms, entryway and tub surrounds. She met with tile suppliers and chose the color palette. She scheduled the work and even showed up at the house to let workers in. Throughout the whole process, I was kept in the loop and she always got my approval on final colors and materials and costs. When the house was completed, it was updated and looked like a brand new home. All new paint all new flooring all new countertops and tub surrounds. Because of her work, we received an offer that was HIGHER than our asking price. Because of the money I spent on upgrades, I was able to get a higher price for the home. All of the money that I spent on upgrades was returned to me and more! Michelle knows the Norwalk market! She knew what was necessary to help my home compete with the new construction. She rolled up her sleeves and made everything happen.
