Michelle was the selling agent when we bought our home 20 years ago (we had a different buying agent), and she stayed in touch with our family and had such a presence in our community that we knew when it was time to sell we wouldn’t use anyone else. Her knowledge of the market is unparalleled. She was even more amazing as our selling agent. She was so on top of everything, knew the answer to any question we had, advocated for us, laid down the law when needed, and even acted as part therapist at times haha! She continually checked in to see how we were mentally and emotionally doing, what we needed, and how things were going with our home search out of state. The contractors she recommended as we were getting the house ready to sell were amazing and only had the best things to say about her. Her network is truly skilled, professional, and personable, just like her. There was clearly mutual respect on both sides. She communicated consistently not just with our buyer’s agent and lender, but also with the agents (both buying and selling) with our Minnesota home, updating them on the status of our sale in CA. Michelle made the stressful process so smooth and seamless-it truly felt like she did everything and we sat back and watched it happen, signing all the things where necessary. We would hands down recommend Michelle every single time!!
