She went into negotiations with the lender to lower what was owed on the 2nd mortgage and was able to keep us from having to pay to close the deal as we did not have the funds to do so. After interviewing several realtors, my parents, my sister, and me decided to sign with Michelle Metcalf due to her experience with the specific neighborhood in Arizona. She will suggest a game plan that could help your achieve your goals as soon as possible. She is also exceedingly knowledgeable in her profession. When we went to view a home, she would not hover over us, but would be close at hand to answer any question we might have. If she didn’t know the answer, she would do everything she could to get the answer expeditiously. She is not pushy, trying to do something that is not in YOUR best interest.
