Michelle Sproul, a Las Vegas native, has been active in the real estate industry since 2000, representing both buyers and sellers on literally hundreds of transactions.
From 2000-2006, Michelle focused her real estate career on the marketing and advertising of listings, paying attention to technology advances and trends. In 2006 and 2007, she trained a team of agents to list, market and sell. During the 2008-2012 financial disaster, she represented several banks on their massive REO foreclosure property listing portfolios, as well as focused on assisting underwater homeowners “short sale” their homes. Since 2013, Michelle and her photographer/agent husband Michael have teamed together to provide a one-stop shop for homeowners and prospective homeowners to buy and sell in this ever-changing and tech-advancing market.
Michelle is an aggressive negotiator and utilizes the latest technology to sell listings quickly, with as little interruption to the seller’s day-to-day life as possible. She is one of the few Las Vegas REALTORS® that promotes listings via the cutting edge virtual reality – Matterport 3D Dollhouse walk-through tours, as opposed to the more “traditional” virtual tours, which are really just slideshows of photos showcased on the MLS. She also utilizes spherical imagery and professional photography to be used on social media. Michelle firmly believes that ALL listings are created equal in terms of marketing – so whether you have a $100,000 home or a $5,000,000 home, you will receive the same top-notch tech.
Michelle is a born-and-raised Las Vegas native, married with 3 children. She attended Cheyenne High School in North Las Vegas, graduating at the top of her class in 1998, and attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
