I have used Michelle Sproul to sell 2 homes for me now and she has been the best realtor I have ever had when it comes to selling a home. She did a walk through of the home and gave me some good advice on what I needed to do to get the home ready for sale. She also did a market analysis and gave us a idea of what she thought was a good price for the home. I have to say she was spot on with pricing because it appraised for what she thought it would. Because I live out of state and the homes were empty she would go over and check on them everytime someone looked at it them to make sure they were still clean and locked up. She so good about emailing me any paper work that I needed to sign and taking care of everything. I could email her or text her and she would get right back to me if I had any questions about anything.
