A definite 10/10 and 10 should be a 10+. Even if Michelle wasn't here she was always there be it on the phone, in person or computer. She also always had the answers. I don't recall her ever saying - "I'll have to get back to you on that". She was right on, right there, honest, quick and thorough. Should the occasion ever arise again, there will be no hesitation.
