I've used Michelle twice. Once to purchase a house, and the second time to sell the same house 9 years later. Now with the sale of the property, there was much delay unfortunately due to my attorney and things that were not getting done. This agent is a true agent, not like some you see nowadays who sit back and wait for it all to happen. She takes charge and helps in any way she can to get done what needs to be done. I don't expect to buy another house in the future or sell this one, but if I did I would definitely be going back to Michelle!
