I've used Michelle twice. Once to purchase a house, and the second time to sell the same house 9 years later. I hired her the second time because I remembered from the first time that she was tenacious, thorough, and understood what I was looking for in a home. I bought the house sight unseen from another state because of the confidence I had in her assessment of the property. Now with the sale of the property, there was much delay unfortunately due to my attorney and things that were not getting done. She provided me information on expectations and any insights she could share of the steps along the way, which went a great deal towards easing my mind. This agent is a true agent, not like some you see nowadays who sit back and wait for it all to happen. She takes charge and helps in any way she can to get done what needs to be done. I don't expect to buy another house in the future or sell this one, but if I did I would definitely be going back to Michelle!
