Michelle is AWESOME!! would highly recommend Michelle as a realtor whether you are buying or selling a home. I have had the opportunity to work with Michelle on selling a home and my daughter purchased a home with Michelle as her realtor. Michelle knows her stuff and works for her clients. We knew absolutely nothing about buying and selling a home. Michelle walked us through every step and took the time to explain the process. When its my turn to purchase a home I will be calling Michelle.

Michelle is AWESOME. She not only assisted in helping us find the perfect home for us, she helped us through a rather uphill battle with our mortgage company. I think at one point the mortgage company said we had a "Bulldog" of a realtor because she checked with them every single day about the status of our application. Without her helping us the process would have taken way longer and would have been way harder on us. Thank for all you did for us Michelle!!

Michelle popped into our lives when we were in a desperate need to move and came highly recommended by a close friend. We called her and told her we needed to buy in 30 days, only problem was, my husband and I had been at war over location. Michelle took us all around the map, from Winter Park, to Oviedo, to Longwood and Maitland. She was available to us day and night and set up showings within the hour. While we were somewhat frantic and my husband and I at odds with one another, Michelle was our optimistic leader, our expert and therapist. After touring Central Florida for a little over 30 days, we settled on the location and then the house. Our first offer was flat out denied, but she kept communication with the sellers and Michelle quickly negotiated and ultimately closed the deal for us. Michelle is a pro and pure joy to be around. We had such a great time with her and would 100% recommend scooping her up!
