We found Michelle Fry to be a most caring and competent real estate agent. She was available to us through out our search, as well as with a problem area as we dealt with loan processing. During escrow and afterwards, Michelle went beyond the necessary to oversee some issues at the house in order to keep us from having to make the 100 mile drive between our current home and our newly purchased home. The mutual friend who referred us to Michelle described her as "a lady with high integrity" and "fully understanding the real estate market". We certainly found both statements to be true. Michelle made us feel as if we had a friend, not just a real estate agent.

Michelle applies years of experience and professional talent to her job. We used Michelle on several occasions, all with absolute 10 (excellent) rating outcomes. Michelle: --Makes a major effort to "know" her clients, their needs and desires --Is extremely personable and very likeable in a tough world --Worked liked we were her only clients --Help to negotiate a "win" for us with the listing agent so that we could win the offer on the home --Found the exact right fit of a home for us (within our budget) in the exact right location during a crazy real estate environment --Worked really hard to meet closing deadlines and offered very helpful suggestions on helping us navigate the many processes --Worked directly with our lender to make the mortgage come together with the close. --Did a lot of homework , behind the scenes, on our behalf both during the selling process and post selling process. Her efforts were very timely and efficient. 6-12-24 hour turnarounds (at the expense of her personal time) to help us win the offer for the property. --Provided significant behind the scenes communications with all of the participants on our behalf. --At our request, helped us find certain contractors to help us post close. --Executed flawlessly on every minute detail. Never a mistake or a sense or rushing too fast. --Always accommodated our schedules for showings, etc. Michelle is one of a kind. I have never seen better in the real estate business. She is kind and nice, respectful, very smart. She is also very professional and efficient and highly regarded in her industry. She WILL make it happen for her clients. We cannot say enough good things about Michelle both personally and professionally. Highly recommended to anyone who wants the "white glove" approach to customer service. We would hire her again in a heartbeat!

Michelle made the home buying experience as easy as it possibly could have been, despite the chaotic and garbage housing market this year. As first time home buyers, my wife and I don’t know anything but Michelle went out of her way to educate us about the process and allow us to make the best decisions. No question was too big or too small and we couldn’t have asked for a better realtor.

First off Michelle knows everything about everything. She also is VERY good at explaining everything, so you don't get lost with all of the "agent talk". She was always patient with me and I never felt forced about any property. I must have seen over 50 properties with her and she was positive and supportive the entire process. If you want an Agent who TRULY cares about you and your family and is always looking to protect you, Michelle is the way to go. If your experience is anything like mine, you will be like family by the end of your journey.

Michelle has helped my family in a handful of transactions now and we have been extremely pleased every time. She is very thorough and makes sure we understand every part of the process. What can I say about Michelle? She has been my agent for over 10 years as I’ve sold and bought a few properties. Wouldn’t use anyone else. She’s always known the answers when I’ve asked a question. Keeps up on current real estate happenings and quite the professional. Just sold a home with her and when it got off track a little bit (through no fault of her own) she steered it right back to where it should be. Got a great price for my home and she was even able to help find a mover and a company to haul things away. Made for a seamless move. She’s also a very nice lady! Would recommend her to anyone and everyone.
