She explained everything, every step of the way and was always available to answer questions. She worked so hard from the time she stepped in my home until the time I signed the closing documents. She is an absolutely amazing person and realtor. She truly cares about her clients….she’s simply the best.

Michelle and her team did an amazing job. Not only did they answer all of our questions, they staged the home we sold, and made adjustments for us when we had to bump up our moving time frame by a month! When the house hit the market, we had over 70+ showings scheduled and were under contract by end of day 1! We were blessed with a 2 week closing which went smoothly. I am beyond pleased with Michelle Fishers exemplary manner for which she conducts herself as a Realtor. Michelle’s work ethic is one of the best I’ve experienced and with her attention to detail puts her over the top; from staging your home with high end products, impeccable upkeep of the property and always ensuring the property was show ready. Michelle personally stages with her own items (high end quality), gets professional photographs taken and your house and makes it readily available on multiple sites. She uses My Home app which manages showings and feedback, which I personally found very useful. She has a keen eye for inspecting your home and providing feedback of items that would be useful if fixed and any potential things the inspector might call out for, which gives the seller an opportunity to fix prior to listing and negotiation once under contract which keeps the integrity of the sale price. Michelle is a hawk when it comes down to negotiations and provided us with sound advice when presented with multiple avenues, which resulted in a neighborhood record breaking price point. We were out of state sellers, and Michelle made the transition so smooth, there was no need to go back to the place for anything because Michelle was so top notch, she made the transition seamless while maintaining the spirit of perfection. Out of everything Michelle has done, I believe the one thing I must commend Michelle for would be the communication skills, for it is above and beyond reproach. She is dealing with issues prior to them arising, she’s always on top of the job; calling you before you have to call her, which communication provides the most effective ingredients in a sale.
