Michelle is amazing!! From the time we met and she went through what she offered, we knew immediately she was the one for us. No beating around the bush, upfront honesty all the way. Michelle invested her time to ensure we were educated on the expectations of preparing the house for sale and the process once it went under contract. She ensured we were constantly engaged and she took time out of her day to run by the house to make sure the contractors were doing what they needed to and were on schedule. She would also stop by ensuring the house was always in “Showing” condition. She scheduled the house to be staged for pictures and arranged an open house. Michelle kept in contact with not only us, the Sellers, but with Buyers agent, ensuring open and consistent communication between all those involved. We cannot say enough about what Michelle has done to ensure our house sold in a reason timeframe. I am usually hesitant to recommend anything or anyone but Michelle makes it easy to recommend her as your next agent. If there was a way to give her 5+ stars it would be done. Cannot say enough!!
