There’s not enough words to thank Michelle Elsaid. She is a incredible person and a incredible realtor. This woman has stuck by my side for over a year and helping me with my situation. My home that I needed to sell had a lot of obstacles with it. She help me with every single obstacle that the house came along with. She contacted all her resources to help me sell my home without any credit damage or losing my home and avoiding foreclosure. But not only a realtor. She was there to hear me out when I was angry or crying over the phone or just feeling overwhelmed and distressed. Knowing that someone really truly cared and also cared enough to go through this obstacle with me for a whole year says a lot about a person. She communicates. She stays on top of the situation. She has awesome customer service. Very humble. Very sweet. Very caring. Very understanding, Everything that you need to have in a person a.k.a. Realtor Michelle has it all. Michelle is perfection when it comes to all things real estate. She has helped our family numerous times now between our parents and my husband and I and is professional, super responsive, knowledgeable, detailed and a great problem solver. She is assertive but patient and always had our best interests in mind. It was a complex sale process since we were in a contingency sale process and she handled it flawlessly, representing us as our listing agent and our buying agent. She never missed a beat and we trusted her completely to advise us even when it was going a 1000 miles an hour.

This was our first time buying a home. But Michelle provided so much information up front about the process and what to expect. She was always honest when we asked for her thoughts. Her responses to our calls, texts or emails were always within an hour or less. When we found our home, she worked with the selling agent and provided updates whenever possible. She made us feel very confident and comfortable throughout the entire process.

Meeting Michelle for the first time, I knew she would be a great match for us - her top qualities are her high energy, quick replies, and knowledge of the industry. Her bright personality is great when you spend so much time looking for the perfect home -- in our case, three months of searching and she kept us motivated and enthusiastic through the whole thing. On day one she got our contact preferences, set up a group text, and made sure we could reach her via email. We never went more than a few minutes without a text reply to our questions, and even more complex emails were usually addressed in less than an hour. She must have some kind of super powers, because I don't know how she was always there for us and always a happy face no matter the circumstances. In the end, she helped us find the diamond in the rough that we were looking for. She didn't stop there, helping us through the closing process, explaining all the documents and helping us get answers, and of course celebrating with us. I would highly recommend Michelle to anyone who needs a realtor who can keep moving at a fast pace, cater to your needs, and make you feel comfortable with the whole process. Our first home buying experience would not have been the same without her!

Michelle handled every new construction curve ball with ease. She was very quick to respond on questions and concerns we had and she was always a step ahead of our questions. Michelle is the reason we bought our dream home. We were put on the wait list on a new construction the was sold out, and because she followed up with the builder almost everyday, we were the first to get called. She was with us every step of the way, which was super helpful being it was our first home. She was able to push back on fees added last minute on our contract. I would recommend working with her for your next home purchase. I know that we will in the future!
