We had owned and loved our beautiful B2 Bonniecrest condo for 20 years. Our view of the Newport Bridge and activity on the water was absolutely breathtaking during the day. At night the lights, reflections and occasional fog horns put us into an absolutely magical world. Then the Pandemic hit along with our many challenging health issues. Travel became lmore difficult but still, we never entertained the thought of giving up our Newport condo. Totally unexpectedly we received a letter from Michelle Drum. We had, over the years received many letters from Newport realtors, all of which we trashed. This letter was different. It made suggestions that made sense. Paul had to just call her. He needed to just talk to her. Then he needed to just meet her. At that first meeting, he had to sign her contract. It was obvious that Michelle knows her stuff! She is incredibly experienced and knows the Newport Market inside and out! She is totally professional as well as very kind. She communicates with so many involved parties simultaneously, takes no notes and forgets nothing. Once we signed her contract, she was off to the races. She began updating and staging. She is an artist! She has an amazing eye for decorating. Michelle not only staged multiple times to get the perfect look, she also daily monitored our condo during the winter months! (This included window washing!). Michelle works incessantly. She leaves no stones unturned. We were amazed to watch her arrange and direct drones to fly through our condo and over the beautiful properties at Bonniecrest. Her videos are so unique and intriguing! There is so much to report.
