If I could give Michelle 6 stars I would! We used her as our realtor to sell our condo and it was the best experience we have ever had with a real estate professional. Not only did she do an incredible job with the pictures and video of our listing she managed to sell it, basically, within one day of it being on the market - yes, one day ! Not only did we get a contract within one day of it being on the market, but she even had backup buyers lined up and the offer was $5,000 over our asking price - incredible! This all just as the Covid19 quarantine went into effect. Once the contract was in place, Michelle and her team took over and made the transaction from beginning till closing day smooth sailing.
