I had been working with 2 real estate agents with the office being based out in Clovis. The main agent that I was paired with from Wells Fargo's suggestion was a gentleman that I only had conversations with over the phone and through text. He sent his counterpart agent to help me search for a home and never once met with me face to face. I caught the vibe that these two agents weren't really vested in me and my family looking for the perfect home that we envisioned. A good friend of mine asked me how the house hunting was going and I told him that it was stressful and that I didn't feel like I would be finding a home any time soon. My friend then sent me the number to a lender that helped him purchase his home. I called the number and the person informed me that he was only a lender, not a real estate agent. He told me to call Michele and that she would be able to help me. I called Michele as soon as I got off the phone with the gentleman and she answered the phone with a nice tone of voice. I expressed my concerns and told her the process I was in. Long story short, Michele had found the home that I fell in love with within a week of meeting her. It was after 7 in the evening and she answered. I was a little surprised. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. She took the time to listen to my needs. She went out of her way to help me. The sale took longer than most due to some unforeseen issues. Through it all, Michelle was patient, professional and always positive. She stuck it out through the whole process and never had a negative remark. She always looked for the positive in every situation. She was always approachable and available anytime I had questions and/or concerns. She is very knowledgeable as an agent and the area she works in. Overall, I could not have chosen a more professional, competent, friendly and positive person to sell myself. I cannot express my gratitude to Michele enough for everything she did to get my house sold. She is awesome and has great work ethic. I couldn't have found a better real estate agent.

My fiancé purchased her first home four years ago and Michele was the one to help her with the purchase.
