I found Michele when I did a Google search for Madera realtors. Her name, info and reviews came up on Realtor.com. She had good reviews, so I decided to give her a call. It was after 7 in the evening and she answered. I was a little surprised. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. She took the time to listen to my needs. She went out of her way to help me. The sale took longer than most due to some unforeseen issues. Through it all, Michelle was patient, professional and always positive. She stuck it out through the whole process and never had a negative remark. She always looked for the positive in every situation. She was always approachable and available anytime I had questions and/or concerns. She is very knowledgeable as an agent and the area she works in. Overall, I could not have chosen a more professional, competent, friendly and positive person to sell myself.
