Michele handled both the sale of my house and the purchase of my new one, and both transactions were handled efficiently and professionally. The one thing that separates Michele Shadle from other realtors I have dealt with in the past is the personal attention she gives to her clients. She took the time to thoroughly understand my situation and tailored the plan accordingly. She was available when I needed to talk to her, responded quickly to situations as they occurred, and provided expert advice when needed. But the thing that really makes Michele Shadle special is her pleasant outlook and friendly personality...it is quite clear that she loves what she does. Working with Michele Shadle was such a pleasant experience, its a very stressful time trying to find that perfect home, and Michele wanting to find that home for you. We don't live in the area and having an excellent agent who would be our "boots on the ground" was critical. Michele was recommended by a relocation company that employs my son. She came highly recommended-- but her performance far exceeded our expectations. She went far beyond the expectations of her role. She was a participant from the first day we walked into our house that had been rented for 7 years. She collaborated with us on refurbishing, helped us find resources and stepped in for emergencies. The day before the first open house there was a swarm of japanese bettles eating the newly landscaped rose bed. She took a sample to a nursery, bought the correct spray and sprayed the roses herself! There wasn't the tinest detail that she missed. She was proactive, personable and very competent. A few days before escrow was due to close, a very important title document couldn't be found. The escrow and title company were useless and we were facing the possibility of a lost sale and a probate proceeding with a $300 hour attorney! Michele and her Manager jumped in. They worked as a team, calling on every resource possible to find the missing trust document. They chased it down, got release documents, physically went to pick it up and delivered to escrow so it could the sale could close the next day.

Michelle Shadle is the best realtor I have ever had the pleasure to deal. A keen eye to detail, she makes the home buying process easy. Courteous, friendly and honest to a fault. Michelle's vast knowledge of the whole home buying proccess kept my expectations realistic with no unexpected surprises. She is a motivated realtor who loves her job. When I first met Michele I got a good vibe and as my husband and I were sitting there on my husband said she looked familiar then we turned to see the pictures she had on her wall a picture of my son and my grandkids Michele also helped my son to buy his first home .
