Asked about our wants and needs and she was there getting homes for us to go and see. Always there to answer a voice mail or text. Very professinal but very approcable and was a good listener. We would of course go to Michele in the future for any other real estate needs, and would over and over again refer her to family and friends. We don't live in the area and having an excellent agent who would be our "boots on the ground" was critical. Michele was recommended by a relocation company that employs my son. She came highly recommended-- but her performance far exceeded our expectations. She went far beyond the expectations of her role. She was a participant from the first day we walked into our house that had been rented for 7 years. She collaborated with us on refurbishing, helped us find resources and stepped in for emergencies. The day before the first open house there was a swarm of japanese bettles eating the newly landscaped rose bed. She took a sample to a nursery, bought the correct spray and sprayed the roses herself! There wasn't the tinest detail that she missed. She was proactive, personable and very competent. A few days before escrow was due to close, a very important title document couldn't be found. The escrow and title company were useless and we were facing the possibility of a lost sale and a probate proceeding with a $300 hour attorney! Michele and her Manager jumped in. They worked as a team, calling on every resource possible to find the missing trust document. They chased it down, got release documents, physically went to pick it up and delivered to escrow so it could the sale could close the next day.

Michelle Shadle is the best realtor I have ever had the pleasure to deal. A keen eye to detail, she makes the home buying process easy. Courteous, friendly and honest to a fault. Michele was nothing short of amazing. She was very knowledgeable as far as information on the property and the value of our home. What we loved most about her was the fact she was always available to us. We had a few concerns about the inspector while he was at our house and she came right over. I had been working with 2 real estate agents with the office being based out in Clovis. The main agent that I was paired with from Wells Fargo's suggestion was a gentleman that I only had conversations with over the phone and through text. He sent his counterpart agent to help me search for a home and never once met with me face to face. I caught the vibe that these two agents weren't really vested in me and my family looking for the perfect home that we envisioned. A good friend of mine asked me how the house hunting was going and I told him that it was stressful and that I didn't feel like I would be finding a home any time soon. My friend then sent me the number to a lender that helped him purchase his home. I called the number and the person informed me that he was only a lender, not a real estate agent. He told me to call Michele and that she would be able to help me. I called Michele as soon as I got off the phone with the gentleman and she answered the phone with a nice tone of voice. I expressed my concerns and told her the process I was in. Long story short, Michele had found the home that I fell in love with within a week of meeting her. There is no doubt in my mind that when I decide to purchase my next home, Michele will be the first one to receive a call. She truly made this process so much better.
