Michele was nothing short of amazing. She was very knowledgeable as far as information on the property and the value of our home. What we loved most about her was the fact she was always available to us. We had a few concerns about the inspector while he was at our house and she came right over. All questions were answered promptly. Michele was so sweet and treated us with the up most respect. She was easy to talk to and explained everything to where we could understand. By the end of it all we considered her as family. If we ever have another property we will DEFINETLY be calling her.

I had been working with 2 real estate agents with the office being based out in Clovis. The main agent that I was paired with from Wells Fargo's suggestion was a gentleman that I only had conversations with over the phone and through text. He sent his counterpart agent to help me search for a home and never once met with me face to face. I caught the vibe that these two agents weren't really vested in me and my family looking for the perfect home that we envisioned. A good friend of mine asked me how the house hunting was going and I told him that it was stressful and that I didn't feel like I would be finding a home any time soon. My friend then sent me the number to a lender that helped him purchase his home. I called the number and the person informed me that he was only a lender, not a real estate agent. He told me to call Michele and that she would be able to help me. I called Michele as soon as I got off the phone with the gentleman and she answered the phone with a nice tone of voice. I expressed my concerns and told her the process I was in. Long story short, Michele had found the home that I fell in love with within a week of meeting her.
