We met Michele after she helped my cousin and my aunt a home. She has become a member of our family. She is the nicest person, always positive and always available for us. I love that she has never been a yes-man, she always kept us grounded and to focus on our wants and needs not to settle on what's available now and to slow down and find what's best for us. Michele was nothing short of amazing. She was very knowledgeable as far as information on the property and the value of our home. What we loved most about her was the fact she was always available to us. We had a few concerns about the inspector while he was at our house and she came right over. I had been working with 2 real estate agents with the office being based out in Clovis. The main agent that I was paired with from Wells Fargo's suggestion was a gentleman that I only had conversations with over the phone and through text. He sent his counterpart agent to help me search for a home and never once met with me face to face. I caught the vibe that these two agents weren't really vested in me and my family looking for the perfect home that we envisioned. A good friend of mine asked me how the house hunting was going and I told him that it was stressful and that I didn't feel like I would be finding a home any time soon. My friend then sent me the number to a lender that helped him purchase his home. I called the number and the person informed me that he was only a lender, not a real estate agent. He told me to call Michele and that she would be able to help me. I called Michele as soon as I got off the phone with the gentleman and she answered the phone with a nice tone of voice. I expressed my concerns and told her the process I was in. Long story short, Michele had found the home that I fell in love with within a week of meeting her. There is no doubt in my mind that when I decide to purchase my next home, Michele will be the first one to receive a call. She truly made this process so much better. When I first met Michele I got a good vibe and as my husband and I were sitting there on my husband said she looked familiar then we turned to see the pictures she had on her wall a picture of my son and my grandkids Michele also helped my son to buy his first home . It took me s few months to find a house that I really liked until we saw this one right away with no hesitation I wanted it and here we are in our new home that I love .
