We don't live in the area and having an excellent agent who would be our "boots on the ground" was critical. Michele was recommended by a relocation company that employs my son. She came highly recommended-- but her performance far exceeded our expectations. She went far beyond the expectations of her role. She was a participant from the first day we walked into our house that had been rented for 7 years. She collaborated with us on refurbishing, helped us find resources and stepped in for emergencies. The day before the first open house there was a swarm of japanese bettles eating the newly landscaped rose bed. She took a sample to a nursery, bought the correct spray and sprayed the roses herself! There wasn't the tinest detail that she missed. She was proactive, personable and very competent. A few days before escrow was due to close, a very important title document couldn't be found. The escrow and title company were useless and we were facing the possibility of a lost sale and a probate proceeding with a $300 hour attorney! Michele and her Manager jumped in. They worked as a team, calling on every resource possible to find the missing trust document. They chased it down, got release documents, physically went to pick it up and delivered to escrow so it could the sale could close the next day.
Michele was on top of all the dealings from start to finish. She kept us informed and provided useful advice. Very happy with her services.
