When we first time met with Michele to seek a listing agent for selling our house we have already had someone in mind. However Micheles ideas to present our house and later her market research also her professional presentation really attracted us. We decided to let her to try selling our house. After working with her for a couple of weeks we have already recognized that we made a right decision. Michele is not only very professional but also knows how to present our house; not only actively showing the house but also teaching us how to improve the house for a better view; not only represent us to communicate with buyers but also well communicated with our relocation agent.   During the period we had hard time when the first contract failed due to the buyers contingency issue.
